We want every homeowner who reaches Claresstitchingpost Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Please know that Claresstitchingpost Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
